Our company is an invention of Shri R.Ramasamy Reddiyar, who have an experience of near about 35 years in marketing and production of ARS FOODS (Appalam Pappads and pappadams ). He started a business in the year 1981 as a cottage industry, which is located at Chintamani. After that, he has developed himself as an owner of retail shop name as ARS FOODS at Madurai. When the demand for his products is increased, he was forced to enlarge his business. Apart from this, in the year 2005, he also started to deem and direct supply of Appalams and Pappadams across the India by ARS FOODS along with a capacity of producing above 5 lakhs Pappadams per day.
Traditional Cooking Methods: Gently let the Pappad in Hot oil, one by one (Fry Pan) and press gently with the spoon so that it does not curl, for 3-4 seconds, place on serviette to drain excess oil until dry and crisp and then serve.
